ABOUT Pete
Originally from Fredericksburg, Virginia, Pete moved to the southwest suburbs of Chicago at the age of 4. Since, he has traveled and lived around the country from Houston to Nashville and now to the Northwoods of Eagle River, Wisconsin. With a passion for fishing and the outdoor experience, Pete decided to make the move to establish his own guiding service while helping others find joy in the depths of this beautiful chain of lakes.
Experience:
A licensed fishing guide of about a year, Pete is new to guiding; however, that does not speak for his experience of fishing on the Eagle River Chain. Vacationing up to the Northwoods for about 30 years and now owning a home for the last 10 years, Pete has spent countless hours on the lakes. He truly has a passion for fishing and has countless stories to tell about his early morning adventures with a headlamp leading his way.
Personal:
He has a beautiful wife named Linda who he has been married to for almost 25 years. She works as a Physical Therapist, helping people recover from injury and surgery, while lessening their pain and discomfort through exercise. Together, they have a daughter named Bailey who attends Lawrence University in Appleton, studying government and business while preparing to apply to law school after completing her undergraduate degree. She also plays collegiate basketball.
Our Boat and Equipment
We fish out of a 17'-6" Alumacraft Navigator CS with a 115 HP Mercury Four Stroke Engine and a Mercury Four Stroke HP Pro Kicker. Our electronic system includes a Lowrance HDS Live fish finder on the console and a Lowrance HDI Elite on the bow. We run a Minn Kota Co - Pilot Trolling Motor. We also have all new Daiwa Revros LT 2500-XH spinning reels and new Daiwa 7' spinning rods ready for use on the boat!
